*Book Title and Author

*Rate your book on a scale of 1-5 stars (1 awful, 5 everyone MUST read this book)

*Why did you love or hate it in a couple of sentences (Did it make you laugh out loud? Was the world building amazing? etc)

Copy each review into the activity submissions to complete.

*These reviews may be used in our Teenspace blog, in the physical Teenspace or on Social Media. We will include first name and last initial, however if you would like to remain anonymous please indicate so in your review.

Create handmade cards kids in the hospital.

4 cards earns 1 volunteer hour.

1) Follow these instructions.

2) Create a card (remember not to write ‘Get Well Soon’ or other health related things). For each card completed, you’ll receive 30 minutes of service hours. If you’re comfortable with it, please sign the cards with your FIRST name and location (e.g. From, Veronica in Riverdale).

3) Take a picture of each card and upload them for each activity.

4) Mail your cards yourself or bring them to the Teenspace.

* Return your completed poster to the Youth Services desk by August 1

* After you've returned your poster to the library, mark your mission as complete!

* Pick up a Reading Bingo sheet at the Youth Services desk or print a copy from wheatonlibrary.org/src

* Get 5 in a row or 4 corners

* Bingo boards do not need to be turned in

* After you get a bingo, mark your mission as complete!

* Pick up a library scavenger hunt at the Youth Services Desk or print a nature scavenger hunt at wheatonlibrary.org/src

* Completed scavenger hunts can be turned in at the Youth Services desk to be entered into a prize drawing (optional)

* After completing your hunt, mark your mission as complete.
