I've read all her mysteries I believe. I usually enjoy the different atmospheres and settings, but since this one was about cybercrime, it wasn't her strength.

Silver Elite

i’m not okay. like actually not okay. this book ate, left no crumbs, burned the house down, and then asked if i was still breathing (spoiler: i wasn’t). Silver Elite had me in a CHOKEHOLD. the drama?? the tension?? the characters?? elite. literal perfection. i was fully invested in 0.2 seconds and now i can’t think about anything else. like girl. i need therapy and the sequel immediately. dani francis really said “you’re gonna feel every emotion possible” and she was so right for that. obsessed isn’t even the word. i would read this book again for the first time if i could. 12/10. no notes. just vibes and heartbreak and feral screaming.

Razorblade Tears
by SA Cosby

Razorblade Tears is a gut-wrenching, beautifully brutal masterpiece. S.A. Cosby crafts a storyline that’s as thrilling as it is emotionally profound. At its heart, this is more than a revenge tale—it’s a powerful exploration of grief, redemption, and the bonds between fathers and sons. The story follows two ex-cons, one Black and one white, brought together by the murder of their married sons. As they seek justice, they're also forced to confront their own prejudices, regrets, and the unconditional love they denied their children. Every chapter peels back layers of pain, loss, and humanity with raw intensity. Cosby's writing is electric—fast-paced yet poetic, violent yet tender. He pulls no punches in portraying the harsh realities of bigotry, masculinity, and forgiveness, but balances it with aching vulnerability. This book doesn’t just entertain—it cuts deep and lingers long after the final page. A gripping, heart-breaking, and unforgettable ride.

Well written, and obviously well researched, accounting of a forgotten part of our history.
